Eligibility

The program is open to Subscribed Retailers (SRs) that operate more than one branch. This ensures that loyalty benefits are aligned with high-volume purchasing and consistent engagement across the retailer’s network.

How the Program Works

  • Loyalty Points Accumulation: SRs earn points on qualifying purchases made across all their branches.
  • Customer Wallet: Points are converted into wallet credits, which can be used to purchase eligible products.
  • Exclusive Product Access: Wallet credits can be redeemed for specific products selected by CAPHI to reward loyal SRs.
  • Volume Advantage: The more branches under the SR account, the greater the eligible product range and wallet value.
