Shipping & Returns
At CAPHI, we manage the entire fulfillment process to ensure reliable delivery and fair returns for both retailers and vendors.
1. Shipping
- Orders placed by retailers are verified, coordinated with vendors, and shipped to CAPHI’s warehouse for quality checks.
- CAPHI consolidates items and delivers them to the retailer’s address.
- Estimated delivery times are shared at order confirmation, and we proactively inform customers of any delays.
- Partial shipments may be sent when part of the order is ready, at no extra charge.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted within five (5) business days for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging, unless the defect is only visible after opening.
- Refunds or replacements are provided once the returned items are inspected.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or account.
